Culture-Strong

Every organization has a story and its culture story is always one of its most important stories, for whatever we do, we do it with others, and whatever stories we tell, they must align with the truth of our organization’s culture. By intention or accident leaders “hard-wire” cultural truths into their organization via “unspoken rules” that everyone understands. Two organizations may voice similar values and yet be as different as night and day, because their unspoken rules are different. This is why “culture-shaper” is part of every leader’s job description, for some kind of normal, some kind of culture—strong or shaky, clear or fuzzy, healthy or toxic—exists in your organization. Thus the question: what traits define your culture today? And in which ways must your culture begin to change?

At Cereus we work with leaders to think strategically about the culture you seek—the traits and markers you want to see in your people—and we work with you to thoughtfully and intentionally move to shape it.
